EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
This Employment Contract is made and entered into as of 2023-12-20, by and between:
Human Resource Team
Microcare Technologies
and
Mijoe P Mathew
Prakuzhiyil H, Cheruthuruthy PO
Thrissur
(hereinafter referred to as the “Employee”)
1. POSITION AND DUTIES
The Employer agrees to employ the Employee in the position of Software Engineer. The Employee agrees to diligently and effectively perform the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Employer.
2. TERM OF EMPLOYMENT
The employment relationship begins on [Start Date] and continues until terminated by either party with or without cause.
3. COMPENSATION
The Employee will be compensated at the rate of 500000 per monthly. Payment will be made on a monthly basis through [direct deposit/check].
4. WORK HOURS
The normal work hours for the Employee are [Specify Work Hours]. Any overtime work must be approved in advance by the Employer.
5. BENEFITS
The Employee may be eligible for benefits, such as [Health Insurance, Retirement Plan, etc.], as per the company’s policies.
6. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing [Notice Period] written notice. The Employer reserves the right to terminate the Employee immediately for cause.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Employee agrees not to disclose any confidential information belonging to the Employer both during and after the employment period.
8. NON-COMPETE
The Employee agrees not to engage in any competitive employment or business activities during the term of employment and for a specified period after termination.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country].
